My Marketing Strategy

       I pride myself on providing excellent customer service, as well as professional marketing for all of my listed properties. I am a full-service agent. Your home will be marketed heavily on the Internet, as well as with traditional methods. When your home is shown, I contact each showing agent for feedback and communicate it to you promptly. I will advise you on the market events and trends that affect the sale of your home. All offers are presented to you quickly and I will assist you in evaluation each offer and negotiating top dollar and the best possible terms for your home.

       Once the property is under contract, I monitor every moment of the process until closing, including: overseeing negotiations, inspections, and working with lenders, title companies and selling agents. I will coordinate and monitor the settlement process and be there to see you get paid on settlement day.
