Her marketing ideas and research sold one of our properties, which had been on the market with another realtor for over two years, in 28 days. The same skills applied to our second property resulted in the sale, at full asking price, in one day of being “listed”. Tina made sure that we were regularly advised of all matters affecting the sale of our 2 properties and the purchase of our new home. She stayed personally involved from the time of contract to closing, making sure that things were done as they should be. Assisting us to find our new home proved to be a challenge for Tina, but she stayed committed to the task.
